Version 1.0.6 - Public Release

1. New feature. Massive X preset bank images.
2. App will detect if the preset you are amending is Massive X. If it is you will have the option to add your own preset bank image that appears inside the Massive X plugin UI, along with other Massive X expansion packs.
3. When bulk processing the app will look at the first nksf preset in the directory you are processing, if it's a Massive X preset, it will give you the choice to add your own image to the bank you are about to add the presets to in the bulk process.

1. Added toggle in toolbar to keep the app on top of other windows. Helps when dragging presets directly from Maschine or Komplete Kontrol preset browser.
2. Added ability to bulk edit a directory containing .nksf preset files. Only .nksf file within the directory will be edited, and all will take the values entered into the value fields.
