Overview.

When someone comments in your stack, not only does the comment display on your page, it is also displayed on the commenter's Facebook page. Their friends will all see a post in their Facebook feed saying "[Their Name] just commented on a link" and a link to your webpage is displayed together with an image grabbed from your page. Their comment has the potential to go viral in no time at all with this system.

Moderate comments

Check to enable administration of the feed by yourself as a moderator.

Facebook ID

Your Facebook user ID.

If you would like to be able to delete users posts at any time, then you need a Facebook account, and you must enter your Facebook user ID here.

You can find your Facebook user ID here : http://findmyfbid.com

The url you need to enter at this website is the url of your actual Facebook page. Login to Facebook and go to your page. Copy the url from the browsers address bar.

The number this website will give you is the number that you enter into this setting.

Display posts

This is the number of users post that will be initially displayed.
Users can choose to view more posts at any time so leaving this at the default of 10 will be fine.

Language

The stack can be displayed in 24 different languages.

Theme

There is a choice of a Light or Dark theme for the stack.
Default and showing in the demo is "Light".

Post order

You can choose to order your users posts by :

  • Social relevance.
  • Oldest first.
  • Newest first.

Max width

This is the maximum width the feed will ever be allowed to display.

Align

Align the feed within the parent container.

Known compatibility issues

There are no known compatibility issues with this stack.

Stack installation

Download.

After purchase, you will be sent an email containing a download link for the stack.
Download the zip file from the link, and unzip it to reveal the stack inside.
You should now see the stack as a logo style icon.

Normal installation.

Double click the un-zipped stack file (the one that looks like a piece of lego).
This will launch Rapidweaver if it was not already running, to automatically install the stack.
Rapidweaver handles the install process from here. Guiding you through a couple of simple clicks to complete the installation.
Re-start Rapidweaver to ensure the installation is complete.
You will now see the new stack in the Stacks plugin library.

Installation where more than one version of Rapidweaver is installed.

Sometimes if there is more than one version of Rapidweaver installed on your system, the double click method launches the wrong version of Rapidweaver to install the stack. To ensure the it is installed into the version you want to install to, you can, instead of double clicking the stack, just drag and drop it onto the appropriate Rapidweaver app icon in your dock at the bottom of your screen.

This will launch Rapidweaver if it was not already running, to automatically install the stack.
